This Free Business Assessment Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into by and between:
SecureNexa, LLCÂ ("Service Provider"), a company incorporated under the laws of California, USA, with its principal office located in San Fransico, California, USA, and the Client, as identified in the form submitted through our website.
1. Services Provided: The Service Provider agrees to provide a free cybersecurity assessment of the Client's business cybersecurity setup (the "Services").
2. Scope of Services: The assessment will include, but is not limited to, the following:
Business network vulnerability scanning
Evaluation of current cybersecurity measures
Recommendations for improving security posture
3. Authorization and Access: The Client hereby grants the Service Provider, its agents, and employees, permission to access the Client’s premises, networks, and systems as necessary to perform the Services.
4. No Obligation: The Services are provided free of charge, and the Client is under no obligation to purchase any products or services from the Service Provider following the assessment.
5. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep all information exchanged during the assessment confidential and to use it solely for the purpose of providing or receiving the Services.
6. Liability Limitation: The Service Provider shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from the free assessment, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
7. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA. For international clients, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of California courts, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, proposals, or representations, written or oral, concerning its subject matter.
9. Amendments: This Agreement may only be amended in writing signed by both parties.
10. Acceptance: By typing "I agree to the SecureNexa Free Business Assessment Agreement" in the box below, the Client agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
